The eminent Japanese charity, the Sasakhawa Memorial Health Foundation, too has supported Sewa Kendra with grants mainly for the benefit of the Khokana leprosarium where, as described earlier, Sewa Kendra has been promoting income generating activities customized to the individual capabilities of the leprosy-affected people in the colony and outside.

Similarly, a women's NGO, Women in Concert, has regularly organized concerts and has generously donated parts of the proceeds in support of the Sewa Kendra. Besides, there are individual donors both within the country and outside who either charitably involved themselves in fund raising in their own countries for Sewa Kendra for just occasionally donate to it for some specific needs.
